                                                                  Remote Customer Support Specialist


                                                                                             Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional assistance and support through various communication channels. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and build positive relationships with our clients.

As a contractor with our company, you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to set your own schedule, work remotely from your desired location, and save on costs related to commuting outside your home. If you’re looking for a side hustle or a remote opportunity to earn some extra income, then this could be a great fit for you. 


                                                                                            Responsibilities 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about our products or services to customers
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and escalations by actively listening and understanding their needs
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services based on customer needs
  • Follow company guidelines and policies to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.

  • Up to $17/ hour (depending on the Company you choose to service)


                                                                                               Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Internet connection
  • A laptop/PC and cellphone


                                                                              Desirable Skills & Traits

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred
  • Passionate about customer needs and can respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and patience when encountering difficult customers
  • Proficiency in typing and multitasking to handle simultaneous chat conversations efficiently
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools is preferred but not required.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to customer service software updates 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
